Jauna French is a Redken Elite Salon owner and stylist with over 30 years experience. She grew up in a small town in Oklahoma, the oldest of three sisters. She relocated to the Rockwall/Heath area with her passion for hair and a dream. She and her husband Curtis have raised 2 sons and made Heath their home. Jauna has always had an enthusiasm for "growing people" and encourages all that surround her to "work smarter, not harder".
She has styled hair on the Redken catwalks, inspired numerous up and coming artists and her own staff with her spirit and expertise.
She has been a proud advocate of local charities, such as Helping Hands, Patriot Paws and AMBUCS for several years - always encouraging her family, friends and staff to give of themselves.

Cancellation Policy:
We value your business and appreciate your cooperation with our cancellation policy. Because your services are guaranteed reservations, please respect our scheduling by keeping scheduled services whenever possible and providing 24 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling.
Credit Card secured reservation required for Spa Packages and Special Occasion Reservations.
Please keep in mind that arriving late for a service may require us to shorten the length of the treatment, with full charges applied, so as not to inconvenience other guests.
The Day of Your Visit:
Plan to arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to complete a guest questionnaire, tour our salon, change into salon/spa attire, relax and enjoy a refreshing beverage.
Our Guarantee:
We stand behind each of our products and services. If you are ever dissatisfied with any haircare or skincare product, please return within four weeks of original purchase date for exchange.
We guarantee our services with the exclusive use of Redken or Pureology products and when notified within 2 weeks of service date. We will do our best to insure that you have the results that you want. There are no refunds on services provided. Understand that certain results take time and multiple service visits may be required to achieve the results you are wanting. If you choose not use the products we recommended, we cannot guarantee your services.
Our team of professionals support one another. If you would like to experience another designer, please feel free to do so without hesitation. Sometimes finding the person that you can best communicate with takes time. We are a team and you truly have a ‘team’ of professionals taking care of you. If one service provider does not meet your needs, please let us pair you with one that is more suited to your personality and/or needs.
