OUR JOB OPPORTUNITIES:
FRONT DESK SALES TEAM
Our sales desk makes the first and last impression on our guests, which makes this an extremely essential part of our team. As a member of our sales desk team you will offer salon guests additional service opportunities, as well as assist guests in understanding our products in promotions, while following all company policies and procedures.
MASTERS PROGRAM
Our Masters program is a 6-9 month education program for licensed cosmetologists that enables you to gain valuable skills and build confidence working under an experienced stylist, while also allowing you to accelerate your career by growing your own clientele base. This program will allow you to sharpen your skills, and further your education by honing in on the basics, such as color theory, formulating, techniques, etc... You will have the opportunity to learn from and be mentored by our in-house educators, as well as take classes offered by some of the leading brands in our industry such as Redken, Pureology, Kérastase, L'Oreal, Pulp Riot, etc.. You will not only be given tools to be a great hair stylist, but also how to manage and build your own brand. At Heath Salon and Spa, we are dedicated to our stylists success and we believe you are never done learning, which is why education and guidance is available to all levels of stylists at all times.
WHAT IF I'M STILL IN COSMEOTOLOGY SCHOOL?

If you are still attending cosmetology school, we want you too! We do accept applications for shampoo technicians, assistants, or other various jobs around the salon that can accommodate you while attending school! Our goal is to keep you with us until you are eligible to enter our Masters Program when you graduate!
If you are a stylist with at least 5 years of experience, we want to hear from you! We are seeking experienced professionals who are passionate about their work, confident behind the chair, and excited to grow within a team-focused salon environment. All experienced stylist applicants must be comfortable completing our skill certification process as part of consideration. This allows us to ensure alignment in technical standards, service expectations, and guest experience.
