Jauna French is a Redken Elite Salon owner and stylist with over 30 years experience. She grew up in a small town in Oklahoma, the oldest of three sisters. She relocated to the Rockwall/Heath area with her passion for hair and a dream. She and her husband Curtis have raised 2 sons and made Heath their home. Jauna has always had an enthusiasm for "growing people" and encourages all that surround her to "work smarter, not harder".

Emily joined Heath Salon and Spa in March 2022. With a background in operations management and HR, she fosters a positive workplace culture and drives organizational efficiency. Passionate about employee growth, she implements strategies for team success. Outside work, she enjoys reading and time with friends.
Meet Madi, a vibrant addition to our support team at Heath Salon and Spa! Originally from Amarillo, Texas, she moved to Heath in November 2023. A passionate marketing student, Madi loves building connections and creating engaging content. She brings creativity, positivity, and a drive to learn and grow every day.

Meet Kendall Lane, a friendly and dedicated member of our frontline team at Heath Salon and Spa. Born and raised in Rockwall, TX, Kendall brings enthusiasm and a warm smile to every client interaction. She’s become known for her exceptional customer service and bubbly personality.
Ambrin works at the front desk and is here to ensure that every guest feels welcome and has a positive experience from the moment they arrive! She graduated from Rockwall High School and will be attending esthetician school soon!

Laurie’s passion for hair began at age 10, styling friends for school pictures. Though she studied to be a teacher, she followed her true dream—becoming a stylist. For 27 years, including 10 at Heath Salon, Laurie has loved helping clients feel amazing, believing everyone has a unique beauty worth highlighting.
Cher, a Master Hair Stylist with over 30 years of experience, has been transforming looks at Heath Salon and Spa for 25+ years. She specializes in customized colors and personalized hair care, treating hair as an art form. Cher’s passion and commitment to trends make her a trusted expert known for lasting client relationships.

Valerie has been a licensed stylist since 2013, and a part of the Heath Salon Family for 8 years. A big part of Valerie is her BOY-sterous 3 year old that she adores! She loves meeting new people and enjoys all services, but her favorites are vivids, blondes, alternate styles, classic styling & extensions.
Brooke has been a stylist at Heath Salon and Spa for 9 years, passionate about building relationships and delivering exceptional experiences. She enjoys working with all hair types and colors but has a special love for short styles and bright blondes. Brooke’s expertise ensures clients leave feeling confident and beautiful.
Kat is a vibrant hairstylist with 6 years of experience, 4 at Heath Salon. She excels in all aspects of hair care, from men’s grooming to women’s styling and on-trend colors. Specializing in multi-dimensional colors, blondes, and extensions, Kat is a Redken certified blonding specialist who loves the gym and TV time with her Chihuahua, Kate Spade.

Allie is a licensed hairstylist with six years of experience, specializing in looks that reflect her clients' unique personalities. She joined our team in 2019, bringing passion and dedication to exceed expectations. Outside of work, Allie loves cats and music, often enjoying time with her feline friends while listening to her favorite tunes.
Taylor has been a licensed cosmetologist for 6 years and with Heath Hair Salon and Spa for 5 years. She is a PISCES, 1 of 6 sisters, an extrovert, and super family oriented! Long nails, long lashes, big hoop earrings is her personality trait and she’s more than excited to experience a relationship with you as her client!

Kate has been doing hair for 19 years in multiple states as well as in England! Along with being a Cosmetologist, Kate is also a licensed Class A Barber, Esthetician, and Professional Laser Technician. She loves to learn and make people happy!
Addie loves all things hair. Her favorite things to do are any type of blonding service and hand tied extensions. Addie has been doing hair for since 2021, and has been here at Heath Salon and Spa for 2 years.

Sarah has been licensed and working with the salon for 3 years. She loves to do lived in color, bouncy blowouts, and layered haircuts. When she’s not working she’s enjoying nature, reading a good book, or spending quality time with her friends and family.

Giselle is a wife and mom of two with a passion for hair artistry. Certified in hair extensions, she specializes in balayages and blonde looks. Outside the salon, Giselle enjoys family time and staying active at the gym, balancing work and life with grace and joy.

Kenzie, a hairstylist with 3 years of experience, recently moved from Washington to Dallas. She specializes in shags, mullets, and blonding, and enjoys working with all hair textures. Kenzie loves connecting with clients and helping them find styles that enhance their beauty in her new community!
Courtney has been doing hair for 10 years! She LOVES to laugh and joke around! In her free time she is THE DIY queen! She loves murder mysteries and a white monster on any occasion!
Carmen has been with Heath Hair Salon and Spa for nearly 3 years. A Heath native, she loves transforming hair through color, perms, cuts, and treatments. She’s a proud mom to her 5-year-old son, Beau, and can’t wait to help you achieve the hair of your dreams!

Maya is new to the hair industry and our team, she loves to learn new things that will help her grow! She loves to meet new people and talk all day. Her favorite hobby is shopping, of course! Her favorite country artist is Zach Bryan!
Graciela is a stylist with two years of experience, known for her creativity and passion. She loves chai lattes, exploring new places, and meeting inspiring people. When not styling, Graciela enjoys spending cherished moments with her mini-me, sharing laughs and creating memories together.
