Product Returns:
Unless otherwise specified, you may return a product within 2 weeks for a full refund to your original payment method, provided that at least half of the product remains. You also have up to 30 days to bring in a product for an exchange or store credit, which can be used toward a future retail purchase.
Service Redo:
If a service does not meet our high standards, we offer a complimentary redo within 2 weeks of the original appointment to address any of your concerns. Please note that we do not offer refunds for services rendered. We ask that our guests keep in mind that certain results take time and may require multiple sessions. For optimal results, we recommend using our suggested home care products, as we cannot guarantee any outcomes otherwise.
Service Providers:
If you feel a particular service provider isn’t the best match for you, please let us know, and we’ll gladly connect you with another professional who aligns better with your preferences and needs. We understand that finding the right fit can take time, and we are here to support you with a strong team of professionals dedicated to providing an exceptional experience.
