For your convenience, we accept a variety of payment options, including cash, personal checks, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Apple Pay. Please note that a 3% processing fee applies to credit card payments, and debit cards are not subject to the fee. Prices and services are subject to change without prior notice.
To respect our schedule and accommodate others, we kindly ask for 24 hours' notice when canceling or rescheduling any appointment. We know life happens, and sometimes plans change! Here’s how we handle missed appointments so we can keep our team’s schedule running smoothly:
- 1st Late Cancellation/No-Show: It's on us! We completely understand that things come up.
- 2nd Time: We’ll need a 50% non-refundable deposit to book your next appointment.
- 3rd Time: A 100% non-refundable deposit will be required to hold your appointment. Our service providers reserve this time just for you, and we appreciate your understanding.
15-Minute Grace Period: We offer a 15-minute grace period for most appointments, we know traffic gets in the way sometimes! If you arrive later than that, we may need to modify the services we can provide or reschedule your appointment to ensure we stay on time for all of our guests.

At Heath Salon and Spa, our goal is to ensure every client is completely satisfied with their experience, and purchases. If you are not fully pleased with a service, experience, or product, please review our policies below:
Product Returns:
Unless otherwise specified, you may return a product within 2 weeks for a full refund to your original payment method, provided that at least half of the product remains. You also have up to 30 days to bring in a product for an exchange or store credit, which can be used toward a future retail purchase, again provided that at least half of the product remains.
Unhappy with your Service?:
If a service does not meet our high standards, we offer a complimentary redo within 2 weeks of the original appointment to address any of your concerns. Please note that we do not offer refunds for services rendered. We ask that our guests keep in mind that certain results take time and may require multiple sessions. For optimal results, we recommend using our suggested home care products, as we cannot guarantee any outcomes otherwise.
Service Providers:
If you feel a particular service provider isn’t the best match for you, please let us know, and we’ll gladly connect you with another professional who aligns better with your preferences and needs. We understand that finding the right fit can take time, and we are here to support you with a strong team of professionals dedicated to providing an exceptional experience.
